Thomas Worth Biggs was ordained a High Priest by Eldon Whipple Cooley, October 1972, who was ordained a High Priest 8 December 1946 by Charles A. Callis, who was ordained an Apostle, 12 October, 1933, by Heber J. Grant, who was ordained an Apostle, 16 October, 1892, by George Q. Cannon, who was ordained an Apostle 26 August, 1860, by Brigham Young, who was ordained an Apostle on 14 February, 1835 by the 3 Witnesses to the Book of Mormon, which ordination was confirmed by the First Presidency of the Church. Joseph Smith and Oliver Cowdery were ordained under the hands of Peter, James and John in 1829. Peter, James and John were ordained Apostles by the Lord Jesus Christ (John 15:16)
