Here are some pix of the great day!
Its not every year you get a bday cake shaped like a hamburger!
But it was yummy target chocolate cake, not a giant meatloaf cake.
(as tempting as it sounds. . . mmmmmm)
he didn't need to make a wish because he has everything he could want, right?
Jer's first gift, a mack truck toy with lightning mcqueen
I teased jer with a vickies bag with his next gift and he was so excited to find. . .
some good nail clippers and cuticle nippers!!! YES! -he's his dad's son!
Time to play!!
Happy bday!

When you told me about the hamburger cake, I had a hard time even picturing it, but It's darling! It really does look like a hamburger. How blessed Jeremy is to have such a great family who loves him and gives him the perfect gifts...nail clippers and mack trucks...he really is like his dad...those would be just the gifts he would like too.
You said it. It's good to just carry them in your pocket "for the rest of the world to use." Now for those of us who don't let our feet see the "light of day (or night)" you might ask for some heavy duty toenail clippers the next BD you have. But, on second thought if your like your mother and walk around without shoes all day you may not need them. The Mack Truck sounds great. Don't forget I still have a B17-G waiting for some father/son/grandson time to put it together. That cake looks good enough to eat.
Dad
That's my kind of cake you did a good job. Happy birthday Jeremy.
Great pic, Erika, love the cake. And I love your kitchen.
