We haven't checked int for a while because we are having so much fun getting Kirtlyn ready for her first memorible Christmas!
Kirtlyn loved the picture of Grand -Santa. When we asked her who it is she said Grandpa, when we asked her who he was dressed as she said Santa... I guess she's got things all figured out.
I have never felt so much Christmas spirit from one little person, as I do from Kirtlyn! We had to put up the tree before Thanksgiving: she wanted it so badly. And every decoration we would take out of the box she would simply exclaim, "Oh, Daddy!" Everything is brillant in her eyes! She watches "Rudalph" the cartoon and "The Polar Express" every day, knowing each movie by heart. She Loves Christmas lights and tries really hard to sing all of the words to "Santa Clause is coming to town"! I love sharing this Christmas with her enuthastic spirit!!
We have been enjoying homemade hot chocolate, oranges, and watching our favorite Christmas movies aswell. And now we have a beautiful, fresh, real wreath on our front door... it IS Christmas! We love it, Thank You! Merry Christmas everyone!

The reunion this year was great, as always. It was so relaxing not to be in charge! Jan and Kent were our leaders and they did a great job...

How fun! Brianns too loves Christmas. Santa on the other hand scares her to death. She'd rather see him from a distance. Good to hear from you guys! See you next week.
We're so glad you got the wreath and that you like it. We just wanted to be part of everyone's Christmas in some concrete way. So, now when you look at the wreath (and smell it) you can think of us. You ought to know it was all Dad's idea. He is really a Santa Clause inside as well as outside (a skinny one).
You guys sound like us when it comes to Christmas. We try to make everything a party. The funnest thing is to have the joy through the kids. It's fun when they are so into it. I can't believe how big Kirtlin is becoming, we'll see you next week.

That was fun to listen to you describe the excitement Kirtlyn is showing towards Christmas because even though Analynn is are seventh we are having just as much fun with her. We went and cut down a tree and brought it home and you should've seen the look on Analynn's face when she walked around the corner and saw this tree in her living room. It was complete AWE! She is much like Brianna, loves Christmas, and likes to stay as far away from Santa as possible, but still see him. The other kids love Christmas too, but that first Christmas that they really get into it is something special. It is fun to hear from you all.
