Joel, Thankyou so much for the pictures. I have been missing my boys so much, and now they look all grown up. The float looks amazing, I can't believe the opportunity that this is for them. We are set up to record and watch the parade tomorrow.
Thanks again, and I can't wait to get a full report from Dallin and DeWitt when they get home.

Wow! What an opportunity! I've never even known anyone who rode on a float in the Rose Parade, let alone, helped put it together. Did you help? I had a hard time finding Dallin. Was that him holding the sign?
Yes that was Dallin....These are all photos from the float judging the day prior to the parade...
Rose Parade Facts:
over 450 million viewers 2nd only to the Super Bowl. Longest Running Parade - 118 years. - Only event other than a presidential debate to be on all networks at the same time. First time ever to let a float stop enroute to perform (ours).....
We are number 15 - look for Tyson walking along side the float...
Stetson Wearing White - In front of Black Guy near the top....Dallin just above Black guy near the top....Dwitt on the front edge in Red and Levi on the other side edge in red...(nowhere near black guy)
The kids helped decorate a little - they put flowers all over the blue and white star plaques they will be holding during their performance.
The Oak Ridge Boys, the President of MENC, George Lucas, All came by to say Hi...

We sat and watched the parade and knew when it was your float but I couldn't pick out any of the kids. Still, knowing that they were on there and Tyson somewhere along side made me very proud. It was a beautiful float Joel. What a cool brother.
I have to say that all my brothers are very cool. I got lucky.
D,D,L,S!!!!!!I can't believe you were on TV!Dallin, Mary said you were the last one to hold up your'e star.And Dewitt,Mary said you were opening your'e mouth so wide.Levi we could hardly see.I'm the one who found Stetson.(the first out of every one at grandma's that is)
Anyway,all of you were the best ones!!!!!

we saw it both on NBC and ABC. ABC showed all the boys except Tyson but NBC had the best pictures because the float was in the sun so you could see faces but it barely if at all showed Levi. It was great to see you guys. Joel, you need to give an explaination of those pictures. Who are those people?
Hey that was cool!! We got to watch it through KTLA's streaming feed. It wasn't big so we couldn't see a lot, but hope some of you recorded it. Then sometime we can watch it again. Great job all of you!! Mom and Dad
Awesome! We are so proud of you all. Tony, Mary, Rylie and I watched 3 channels to get the best look. NBC had the best coverage. And HGTV had good information We recorded it all. Well Mary did over here. It was fun. We had a breakfast party and watched it. The float was great and different from all the others. Great Job joel to give these opertunities to kids, especially our boys. Stetson, Dallin, Levi, and DeWitt. you all looked So cute, I bet those girls were all over you. :)
