We had an awesome weekend. Our s tennis team qualified for state, and both Allison and Dallin qualified for individual state. Friday during the finals of s team the score was 4 to 4 contending against Seton Catholic. If Allison and her partner won their doubles match we would win state, so a lot of presure was on Allison. They won and everybody ran on to the court screaming and yelling. THe AZ Repulic reporter had his tape recorder on Allison. She had a quote in Saturday and SUnday edition. She also had a picture in the Sunday edition. Dallin and his doubles partner played awesome. THey only lost one match, to, two seniors from Saurhita. The score was so close, so that made for a very exciting match. They ended the tournament at 3rd place. Allison played Seton Catholic's number one for the finals and beat her 6-2 6-2. Again the reporter was right there on her. So we left Phoenix with winning team state and individual state and a 3rd place individual boys. We were so excited for our kids, they worked hard and deserved all they got.

Great Job!!! I whish I could've been there! Did any of you mesa folk go see the action?
Congratulations Allison. And you too Dallin! We are so proud of both you for all the hard work you put into tennis, and for being really great at it. but not only that, you both are just really great people. Even on the court you tear it up. Yet still very nice about it. :)who ever hasn't seen them (the whole family) should really try to make it to a tournament this summer.

p.s. Allison you looked great in the newspaper and Dallin has two different pictures that hang on my fridge from the courier. Both good action shots.
This is great! I'm going to try to post some of the pictures you sent. I don't know if I can do it either, but they're good enough to be worth a try.

Congratulations Allison and Dallin! We missed seeing you on Sat. evening at the Jer Biggs Home. I'm always excited to see anyone beat the private elite christian/catholic schools! They are really tough. Way to Go!
