Daniel and his family came last night for our extended Independence Day celebration. Daniel and I went outside this afternoon and when Daniel looked up, he saw the space shuttle flying by. This is the picture that Daniel took with his phone.
We are glad to have everyone here, and are looking forward to a fun week.

How exciting--to see the shuttle I mean. Not that it's not exciting to hear about your forthcoming 4th celebration, but you know you don't get to see those things very often. How many of you remember seeing the same thing (shuttle and 747) at the father's and son's outing at Stockton Pass when it flew by out of Davis Monthan Air Force Base in Tucson? I'm sure Nathan gets to see all kinds of strange things flying into Offut (sp?) Mom wants you to blog people pictures too when you can. Enjoy the reunion. We would be there too if we could.
Wow, That is really cool!!! Have fun on the fourth. How are those bomb pops Shauna promised to have?

It was supposed to be a secret, but people found out about it. For those of you who don't know, this is the west side of our house - "the orchard". The bomb pops were good, even the sugar free ones. We had 4 boxes and we eat them during fireworks.
