Luke and Camille are so excited for them to start digging the pool. See my roses piled up in the corner in the back?
starting to dig the hole for the pool.
watching them dig the hole. It took all day, and Luke stayed out there the whole time! His mother had to bring food and water outside for him, and he didn't even want to go when she went to watch Isabel's kickball game.
What a big hole!
The pool is now waiting to be lowered into the hole. They put it on the corner lot next to Carter's until tomorrow morning at 6:30 a.m.
We also went to see Stetson's volleyball team cream Chandler! Stetson was the best, of course.

The backyard is in turmoil, but it is the exciting kind. They are the talk of the neighborhood. I'm really excited to see the backyard transformation.
And Stetson you look like a professional. It was sure fun to have your group of people here. You have a very good teachers quorum, we were impressed.

So, are your roses gone/do you have to plant new ones?
Of course Luke didn't want to leave because that's every little boy's dream! Big trucks and dirt...
Would love to see Stetson play - is this a school or league team?
Rachel - didn't know you were building a house! You need to keep in touch better. Give some details, please! That's exciting...
Yes, Shauna, the roses are gone. I was sad, but Dad says we can buy new ones. These are old and sick, anyway, he said. I didn't know roses got old. And Rachel's house is coming along nicely. I think they are doing the stucco now. I'll try to blog some pictures of Rachel's house. And more of the pool, too.
Who posted the quote to ponder. That is really neat. I didn't know you could do that.
Thanks Shauna for being interested. When they first started they were going fast but then our workers got deported so it slowed things down a little. I have to choose the door TODAY! Other than that it's going well.
looks crazy back there. Just talked to Mary and she said you are filling it up now. That's ecxiting. send a picture of the finished product. But we will see it on the 24th/25th of May for the baptism and blessing.
until then

Stetson is on the Highland HS JV team. They just finished their season. Next week they will have a game against the dad's and sons. We're pretty excited about that. They have a great group of boys -- the whole team is LDS. He really enjoys it and is good too.
Congratulations GILA VALLEY-ER's. Finally getting a temple! We're getting one too in Gilbert! It's about time that Utah recognized us as having more than a few mormons! You know our ancestors who came to settle here were MORE committed -- they didn't stop in Utah! HEE HEE

That is really exciting about the temples in AZ. It will probably be a while before we get another one in Nebraska, although KC/Independence is probably due for one.
